The rules
1. Every appointment is valid for 1 hour
2. Each support last for 20 min. It is up to us whether to continue the task.
3. Customers are allowed to make 1 appointment each day
4. Whoever makes more than 1 appointment will NOT get serve
Customers need to do
1) WaTEC encourages customers to backup data before troubleshooting
2) Please be advised to scan for viruses in your computer
3) Kindly download the Teamviewer before the appointment time
4) We will not tolerate any bad manners from customers. Please be thoughtful to our staff.
