with WaTEC Solutions & her members of company (WaTEC).

International law including, but not limited to, Malaysia Copyright and
Trademark laws, International Copyright and Trademark laws and

or right to use any material on this site. The user may however download,
retrieve, view, print, refer to or sight the content of this site for private,
educational or non-commercial home use only.

revealed or disclosed to third parties unless the user prior written
consent thereto is obtained.
b. The user hereby agrees that WaTEC from time to time may communicate

8. Security
a. Any user that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging code to this
website or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any page on this
website shall be criminally prosecuted.
b. WaTEC may also, at its sole discretion, institute civil action for damages
suffered as a result of such conduct.
9. Promotional services and prices

WaTEC may cancel specials or promotions at any time for any reason. Prices are subject to
change at any time, and prices are only guaranteed for the initial period of prepayment.

10. Billing refund Policy
All set-up fees, yearly service fees and deposit fee for all products and services
are non-refundable . Customer shall not be entitled to any refunds, pro-rated or
otherwise, in the event of early termination of this agreement by Customer or in
the event of early termination of this agreement by Company according to the
terms herein. Customer agrees to a no-refund policy in advance for which
installation, setup fees, training, maintenance fees and any are non-refundable.
Service cancellations must be submitted in writing (to
admin@WaTECsolutions.com at least 10 business days before your next
billing cycle.
11. Customer privacy

WATEC respects the privacy of its customers, and will not sell or trade the
names and addresses of its customers. WATEC does not require customers
to be listed in WATEC customer directory. WATEC reserves the right to
provide contact information upon request in matters relating to potential legal
action, flagrant abuses, as required by law, or when appropriate contact
information can not be found on the customer & website.

12. Services
a. All advise given by WaTEC & staff are merely a recommendation.
Customers should seek further advise from related professional. Customer
shell responsible for all action taken.
b. By allowing WaTEC to trouble shoot whether is onsite or thru team viewer
or thru remote access tools, Customer is responsible for any data loss,
attack by virus, technical faulty and etc

13. Refusal of service

WATEC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

14. Alterations to Terms and Conditions
a. The use of this site or allowing WaTEC to access customers computers
constitutes the user acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
b. WaTEC has the exclusive discretion to alter the terms and conditions of
this site at any time, without prior notice to the user.
